Now, I have written about my favourite protein balls that taste delicious AND are stacked with protein. These ones are a different kind of breed. These are my go-to for my birth and prenatal clients! Ingredient list:
- Vanilla protein powder (1 serving)
- Almond butter (1/3 cup)
- Dates (5-6 pitted, chopped)
- Oats (or a great hack is using a pre-mix oatmeal pack that also has pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, etc. this is the one I like)
Put all the ingredients in the blender. We LOVE our Ninja for all of these things. It is great for all kinds of dough and super easy to clean. You may need more almond butter due to the amount or type of protein power you use!
